Individual Therapy

This is a confidential, one-on-one, structured, and goal-oriented, talk-based, collaborative process in which an individual works with a trained professional, such as a licensed psychologist, counselor, or social worker, to address mental health challenges, emotional difficulties, and behavioral problems.

  • Purpose: To gain deeper self-awareness, improve mental health, and develop effective coping strategies for life challenges.
